I made an appointment and it was honored and my car was received and the maintenance was provided. All was good at this point. Upon leaving, I was giving paperwork and left. When home, I realized I was never charged. I called the service department and found out they had billed this to warranty. They then had to change from billing warranty to billing me, the customer. My information for payment was taken and the phone call was ended. I DO NOT know how much they charged for routine maintenance as I was never told.

I had oil service and tire rotation done on Tuesday June 17. Before leaving from Bradley’s I checked to make sure all of the center caps on the wheels were secure and tight. The rear passenger cap was loose and I couldn’t get it to tighten. On Thursday I returned to Bradley’s and spoke to Matt Todd about the problem and he told me to return at 2:00pm to have the wheel fixed as the threads had been stripped. They sold a vehicle that they ADMITTED to knowing it throwing codes and instead of fixing it then selling it. My oil change without any additional services (no tire rotation, filter replacement, etc.) took an hour and half from my scheduled appointment time which felt long. At checkout, I had asked if I could use the GM rewards points towards my bill and the cashier said she didn't know anything about that and couldn't do that. I know last time I was able to show the cashier my GM number and use those points. It was frustrating to have so little help in navigating my request.

It took over a year to get my car back and the windows were left down so all the shop dust was all in my car and tools laying on my soft top was so disrespectful! And they didn’t fix it correctly! If you had my car that long then you had to send me a picture to ask about decals and me try and make the right decision off a picture is when they had my car right there and could have worked with with the decal people themselves but no that didn’t happen! And no communication what so ever on the progress of my vehicle! I called once or twice a month to check on it and kept being told another 2 weeks! Which ended up being over a year! I would NOT recommend doing any business with this dealership on anything from buying a car to getting repairs! They promise you things and then wiggle their way out! Also they were charging me $6200 over estimated quote which was totally ridiculous and for having it over a year! Very bad customer service!!!!

Bought a silverado from auto giant in indy, started driving it home and then electrical errors popped up. These issues are covered under the 4k extend warranty that I purchased but auto giant is indy said that they would take a look and try to help me out. Eventually said that they couldn't figure it out but to take it to you guys to get serviced and diagnosed at their expense. You guys did the diagnostic but said that the 4K warranty wouldn't cover the 600 worth of repairs and parts since someone touched it. I dont know where to go from here, I have an expensive yet worthless warranty that covers whats damaged but also doesn't. Not really upset at any individual but I am upset with the outcome of all of this.

Appointment was made for a Tuesday morning but wasn’t looked at until Thursday at noon. Communication could have been better. Even though I received a message alert that the side detection wasn’t working, they found nothing. It wasn’t working for a week while waiting for appt even the day we brought it in. It sat at the dealership from Monday afternoon to Thursday so not sure if that played a role in car not registering the problem. This has been a huge inconvenience.
